Neil enters his second season with KBS and is a versatile, powerful team player who joined in '09 after three seasons with Jittery Joe's. Saying he should have quit when he was on top, he entered – and won – his first race, the Parkfield Classic Mountain Bike Race in 1994. Neil had much success with the Jittery Joe's program, including multiple podiums and a KOM win at the '05 and '06 Tour of Utah. He continued to be a strong, consistent rider for KBS in 2009, he was instrumental to victories at the Tour of Thailand and the Tour de Beauce. When he is away from home and chasing his one year old daughter around, trains in the San Francisco Bay Area and moves south to San Diego for winter training.
