Still only 22, David Veilleux, known to some his French nickname "La Carcajou" is one of the top young riders in the world. Last year, he soloed to victory at the Presbyterium Invitational, one of Amercia's hardest criteriums, and won the sprint competition at the Tour of Utah. Back home in Canada, his is the four-time U23 Time Trial National Champion. In 2008, he won the Tour of Pennsylvania, Tour of Elk Grove and the Kelly Cup, the team title sponsor's race. David had an incredible 2009 despite breaking his collar bone at training camp, and heads into 2010 fully charged and healthy. He enjoys training in the San Francisco Bay Area and says the riding in Verese, Italy, where he went for the World Championships, is incredible.
